At our organization, we seek a seasoned professional to lead transitions and projects in our Global Corporate Client division. The Senior Director of Transition Management role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end transitions, creating project plans, and delivering performance metrics.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive transition and project plans to ensure timely delivery and quality results.
- Maintain transparency and visibility with senior leadership on transition journeys, highlighting risks, issues, and challenges.
- Cultivate relationships with global stakeholders and drive change across the organization.
- Act as a guide and support 'lite' transitions within business functions.
- Lead special projects and process improvement initiatives for the GCC division.
Key Requirements:
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred
- 10-15 years of experience in leading process migrations, program management, and change management
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA from a premier business school
- End-to-end experience leading transitions and transformational initiatives
- Domain knowledge in the Insurance space
