Job Title: E3D Technical Specialist

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the oil and gas industry.

About the Role:

  • As an E3D Technical Specialist, you will be part of a team responsible for delivering successful projects within the Oil and Gas Refinery sector.
  • You will play a key role in setting up and administering Aveva E3D, ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project setup and administration in Aveva E3D
  2. Catalogue and specification management, including spec creation and component building
  3. Scans upload to Aveva Point Cloud Manager, working within the Aveva Point Cloud Manager environment
  4. Customization of Aveva E3D, such as report generation and in-house tool development
  5. Troubleshooting within the Aveva E3D environment
  6. Isodraft configuration and drafting configuration

Requirements:

  • A Mechanical or relevant Engineering Degree from a reputable institution is required
  • Minimum 3-10 years' experience in Oil and Gas – Refinery projects or EPC's is necessary
  • Familiarity with Aveva E3D, Aveva PCM, third-party scan files, and applications
  • Good understanding of ASME codes & Standards for Piping bulk items (pipes, fitting, flanges, bolting, etc.), Valves, Special Materials
  • Aveva Administrator concepts and working with laser scan data
