About the Role

Sun Chemical Corporation, a leading producer of packaging and graphic solutions, color and display technologies, functional products, electronic materials, and products for the automotive and healthcare industries, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth order processing and accurate order status reporting for our customers in Asia.

Main Responsibilities

  1. End-to-end Order Management
  • Perform Purchase, Sales, and Delivery Order Management tasks promptly.
  • Accurately process customers' orders and ensure timely entry of orders into the system.
  • Support Credit Management, Billing, and Accounts Receivable follow-up.
  • Monitor progress of each order through to completion.
  • Manage Master Data maintenance process to ensure effective order management.
  • Coordinate and process all export/import activities and documents, liaise with all involved 3rd parties (service providers, suppliers, bank, etc.), verify document content consistency, and send the complete set of shipping documents to customers.
  • Prepare and distribute clean and complete shipping documents to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve daily order processing issues.
  • Ensure internal workflow adherence in order management.
  • Communicate any delays or issues with orders to the front-facing customer service team.
  1. Order Status Reporting
  • Provide order status report and monitor customers' order placement against sales forecast.
  • Prepare and update order status report.
  • Prepare and update inventory reservation report.
  • Prepare and record air-freight order reporting.
  • Prepare and update service performance report according to defined KPI.

Requirements

Education: Min Bachelor's Degree.

Working Experience:

  • Good understanding of the products/services of relevant business segments.
  • Service excellence competencies.
  • Min 5 years of experience in a customer service or order processing role, preferably in a service centre setting.
  • Experience in Customer Service/Supply Chain/Sales/Distribution Management.
  • Should have experience in SAP, preferably Order Management.
  • Experience in order processing for ASEAN or APAC region would be an added advantage.

Technical and Professional Knowledge:

  • Fluent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of business processes.
  • Well-versed with SAP system (S&D module) and order to cash processes.
  • Well-versed in MS Excel.
