Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at WNS Global Services. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer issues, and meeting quality targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Research and resolve customer issues using the tools and applications provided.
  • Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in all customer interactions.
  • Communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Meet internal production, utilization, and productivity targets.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate fresher's or HSC with minimum 6 months experience.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including [insert specific software or systems as needed].
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Good logical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
