Job Title: Cisco UCCE Support Specialist

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) support specialist with strong skills in release management.

We are looking for someone with 10+ years of experience in supporting complex contact center solutions, including Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE, as well as third-party call recording platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Experience on Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions & third-party call recording platforms.
  • Basic Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC & troubleshooting.
  • MACD creation knowledge in Cisco UCCE & IPT platforms.
  • Understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP, with awareness of ITIL process.
  • Cisco Voice network deployment models and understanding of voice network devices.
  • VOIP and Performance Management Tools, with integration experience with other tools.
  • Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analogy signaling.
  • Work in a 24/7 business support environment.
  • Experience on Cisco Voice platform.
  • Work experience on CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Coordinate with Third Party Providers to assist in problem resolution of telecommunication problems & OEMs for incident resolution.
  • Advanced remote/on-site troubleshooting activities, system design issues, upgrade plans, technical product documentation, upgrades, & site coordination.
  • Point of contact for service delivery issues/pending work/escalations.
  • Team support and process improvements through individual contributions.
  • Maintain and update Knowledge Base and documentation & initiate and implement processes improvements.
  • Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written), Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • UCCE or PCCE Email & Voice communication skills & teamwork. Power point presentation/preparation and good excel related Analytics.
