Job Title: Senior Voice Communications Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Voice Communications Specialist to support our Cisco UCCE/UCCX/PCCE solutions and 3rd party call recording platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Provides technical assistance for Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC and troubleshooting.
  • • Creates MACDs in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms, with a clear understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP.
  • • Possesses expertise in Cisco Voice network deployment models, voice network devices, VOIP performance management tools, and integration experience with other tools.
  • • Is familiar with telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signaling, and is prepared to work in a 24/7 business support environment.
  • • Has experience with Cisco Voice and CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Technical Skills:
  • • In-depth knowledge of Cisco UCCE/UCCX/PCCE solutions and 3rd party call recording platforms.
  • • Proficiency in Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC and troubleshooting.
