Expert Employment Law Specialist Required

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled employment law specialist to join our team in a senior associate capacity.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Indian labour and employment laws, strong client advisory skills, and leadership abilities. They should be able to manage complex employment law matters including compliance, advisory, investigations, and contentious issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on employment and labour law issues, including contracts, HR policies, compensation structures, and termination matters.
  • Represent clients before labour authorities, tribunals, and other forums as necessary.
  • Draft and negotiate employment-related documentation and settlement agreements.
  • Stay abreast of developments in Indian employment law and contribute to knowledge management initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

  • LL.B. from a reputed Indian law school.
  • 7–12 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with a top-tier law firm or leading in-house legal department.
  • Strong command of Indian labour laws, industrial regulations, and case law developments.
  • Excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.
  • Business-oriented mindset with excellent client-handling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments independently and under deadlines.
