We are seeking a seasoned Observability Professional with expertise in cloud and hybrid environments.

This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable observability platforms that drive business value through enhanced performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect secure, resilient, and efficient synthetic monitoring solutions across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
  • Develop and implement Dynatrace APM adoption strategies to standardize instrumentation and deployment models.
  • Design onboarding strategies for cloud, hybrid, and edge telemetry sources with a focus on synthetic monitoring.
  • Integrate various observability tooling to deliver unified insights and enhance decision-making.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and develop custom synthetic monitoring solutions where needed.
  • Contribute to open-source or internal observability tooling/standards for synthetic monitoring.
  • Drive documentation, training, and cross-team knowledge sharing to strengthen monitoring practices.
  • Collaborate with application teams to embed synthetic monitoring into new service architectures.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace and Synthetic Monitoring.
  • Strong expertise in AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda).
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing observability solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Familiarity with other monitoring/observability tools (Catchpoint, Prometheus, Grafana) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.

Main Skills: Cloud Engineering, Application Performance Monitoring, Synthetic Monitoring, Observability Platform.

Secondary Skills: Playwright Scripting, DevOps.
