Job Title: Senior Site Reliability Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our Platform Engineering Practice. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in designing, managing and scaling large-scale observability infrastructure using ELK clusters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage large-scale ELK clusters ingesting 2–3+ TB/day to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Enhance the overall reliability of distributed systems and drive automation within cloud environments.
  • Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems on Microsoft Azure and automate everything using Terraform, Ansible, and GitHub Actions.
  • Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues using Prometheus, Grafana, and Azure Monitor.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering with a strong background in software development.
  • 4+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience with ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
  • Expertise in index tuning, shard allocation, ILM policies, and scaling ELK components to optimize performance.
