Monitoring Engineering Leader

iVedha's Platform Engineering Practice is seeking a Monitoring Engineering Leader to lead the design and implementation of monitoring solutions across hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Custom Integration Development: Develop integrations and automations using LogicMonitor's REST APIs.
  • Monitoring Workflows Architect: Architect scalable monitoring workflows that support multi-cloud and on-prem systems.
  • LogicModules Builder: Build and maintain LogicModules, dashboards, escalation chains, and reporting logic.
  • Automation Expert: Automate monitoring deployments and policy configurations across client environments.
  • Observability Integration Specialist: Provide mentorship and design standards for observability integration.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in monitoring engineering, with 3+ years focused on LogicMonitor.
  • Scripting Proficiency: Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and JSON/XML-based API design.
  • Success Story: Proven success in automating large-scale monitoring environments.
  • Hybrid Cloud Expert: Experience with hybrid cloud observability and integrations with ITSM/CMDB tools.
  • Platform Engineering Knowledge: Strong understanding of platform engineering and service reliability practices.
