Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director to lead our Product Design Team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our organization by designing and releasing intuitive and powerful solutions that empower both internal teams and external users.

The successful candidate will have 12+ years of experience in product design within a technology or product-centric company, with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Strategy
    • Define and drive the holistic design vision for our products, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience across internal and external applications.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI, UX, and product design.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Work with HR, learning & development teams to influence and evolve career frameworks in alignment with organizational goals and talent aspirations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in product management, engineering, and data science to align on product strategy, goals, and roadmaps.
    • Advocate for the user through research, testing, and feedback, ensuring design decisions are informed by a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience leading a team of designers who design and ship AI-powered products or features.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent.
