About the Role

We're seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead end-to-end design across mobile, dashboards, and enterprise platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience translating complex AI-driven security features into simple, intuitive, and engaging experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead UX/UI design across mobile, web, and dashboards
  • Simplify complex flows and systems for both consumer and enterprise users
  • Translate AI/ML security features into usable, human-centered interfaces
  • Define, build, and evolve design systems, UI kits, and reusable components
  • Design for both B2C (users) and B2B (business) use cases
  • Rapidly prototype and test concepts using Figma/Framer/Rive/Miro/Adobe CC
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, AI/ML, and marketing teams
  • Ensure accessibility, performance, and trust in every design decision
Requirements
  • 8–12 years in UX or product design
  • Proven track record shipping both B2C products and B2B platforms
  • Experience designing and leading complex systems—dashboards, chat, calls, or fintech platforms
  • Experience mentoring junior designers and owning end-to-end design delivery
  • Bonus: Background in AI, security, telecom, or fraud prevention
Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe CC, Rive,
  • Proficiency in motion/interaction prototyping tools
  • Familiarity with analytics/UX testing tools
  • Strong understanding of responsive, performance-first design across devices
