UI/UX Design Leader

We are looking for an experienced designer who can lead the development of intuitive, user-first interfaces for web and mobile. This role involves creating clean, modern layouts with strong typography and visual hierarchy, as well as designing brand systems that communicate value and elevate perception.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design high-impact campaigns, ads, and digital creatives that translate briefs into compelling messages.
  • Own the full cycle: wireframe → prototype → polished design, ensuring seamless user flows and edge cases are considered.
Requirements
  • A portfolio that demonstrates both brand design and UI/UX capability, with a focus on digital-first contexts (social, product, mobile, web).
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern AI design tools, including the ability to generate branded mockups, icons, and illustrations on demand.
  • Ability to balance speed with taste and attention to detail, working in rapid cycles: design, ship, learn, refine.
