Lead - Cybersecurity

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Lead – Cybersecurity to lead the design, delivery, and oversight of cybersecurity solutions for our clients.
As a core member of our security services team, you will drive technical excellence across projects such as security assessments, SIEM deployments, incident response, cloud security, and compliance initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys mentoring teams, and is passionate about defending organizations from evolving cyber threats.  Job Title:  Lead – Cybersecurity Location:  Mumbai, Indore Department:  Security Services / Cybersecurity Delivery Experience:  6– 9years (minimum 3 years in a security lead/consulting capacity) Employment Type:  Full-time   Key Responsibilities:  Client Delivery & Technical Leadership Lead the technical execution of security service engagements across domains like: Security assessments (VA/PT, App Sec, Cloud Sec) GRC (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST, SOC 2) Security architecture & engineering SOC setup and SIEM/SOAR deployments Cloud and Dev Sec Ops security Serve as the primary technical interface for clients – understanding requirements, defining scope, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Provide mentorship and direction to security analysts, engineers, and consultants. Review technical reports, ensure quality control, and present findings to clients.  Security Engineering & Solution Design Architect end-to-end security solutions tailored to client environments (on-prem, hybrid, or cloud). Evaluate, implement, and configure security tools and platforms (SIEM, EDR, DLP, IAM, WAF, etc.). Stay hands-on in tool deployment, tuning, rule writing, and integrations as needed. Lead incident response investigations and post-mortem reporting when required.  Practice Development Develop reusable templates, checklists, and frameworks to standardize service delivery. Contribute to service catalog improvements and new solution offerings. Evaluate and recommend emerging security tools and methodologies.  Collaboration & Communication Collaborate with business development teams for scoping, proposals, and pre-sales support. Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and internal training. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure client satisfaction.   Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's in Information Security, Computer Science, or related discipline. 8+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, including: 3+ years in a technical lead or consulting role Experience with multiple security domains (network, cloud, application, compliance) Strong technical experience in: SIEM/SOAR platforms (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, ELK) Cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP – with security best practices) Security testing tools (Nessus, Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit) EDR, firewall, DLP, IAM, and related security technologies Familiarity with frameworks and standards: OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, PCI DSS, etc. Client engagement and project management experience is a must.   Preferred Certifications: One or more of the following: CISSP, CISM, OSCP, CEH, GCIA, GCIH, AWS/Azure Security, ISO 27001 LA, or similar   Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach Proven leadership and team management abilities   Why Join Us? Work with a diverse range of clients across industries and geographies
