Job Summary

The primary objective of this role is to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction. This will involve working collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Inspecting the appearance and attire of colleagues and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Carrying out opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, and securing doors.
  • Inspecting storage facilities for organization, proper use of FIFO, and cleanliness.
  • Conducting scheduled inventories and stock, and requisitioning required materials.
  • Monitoring dining areas for seating availability, service quality, safety, and the well-being of guests.

This individual will also assist management in employee recruitment, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, counseling, discipline, and motivation. They will serve as a model and initial point of contact for guests, adhering to company and safety policies and procedures.

Essential Skills

The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of relevant work experience, with supervisory experience being desirable. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
