The Role

This is a full-time on-site position for a Customer Support Assistant located in our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily customer interactions, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch service. Additional tasks include assisting with sales, stock control, and maintaining an organized and efficient workspace. The role also involves training new team members and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily customer interactions via mail, WhatsApp, and calls
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Previous experience in the retail industry is a plus
