Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to lead our Unsecured Business Loan lending vertical.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve customer acquisition revenue targets, productivity and profitability through strategic planning and execution.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure strategies are executed as planned and goals are met.
  • Sourcing must adhere to policy parameters and risk norms while maintaining a high level of quality and compliance.
  • Activate channels through engagement, training and relationship with Distribution Sales Agents (DSAs) on a monthly basis.
  • Coordinate with the credit team for query resolution and provide timely feedback.
  • Implement promotional plans, contests and suggest new ideas to drive business growth.
  • Ensure development plan discussions, coaching and feedback are done on time and effectively.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with business operations and processes.
