  • Source, evaluate, and onboard new resources when required.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly goals.

Requirements
:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic online tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Experience in the language services industry is a plus (but not mandatory).
