KVM Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Virtualization Specialist to support the management of our enterprise virtualization infrastructure. The role will focus on deploying, administering, and troubleshooting KVM-based environments with an emphasis on high availability, disaster recovery, and enterprise workloads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, manage, and support KVM QEMU libvirt, and virsh environments.
- Implement and maintain HA/DR clustering solutions using Pacemaker, Corosync, and SBD.
- Administer shared storage platforms including OCFS2, GFS2, and SAN multipath.
- Execute VM migrations, particularly from VMware to KVM.
- Configure and manage networking, bridging VLANs.
- Ensure stability, performance, and availability of the virtualization infrastructure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong Linux administration skills in SUSE and RHEL.
- Hands-on expertise with KVM virtualization stack, including KVM, QEMU, libvirt, and virsh.
- Experience with HA/DR clustering technologies, including Pacemaker, Corosync, and SBD.
- Knowledge of enterprise storage systems, including OCFS2, GFS2, and SAN multipath.
- Proven experience in VM migrations from VMware to KVM.
- Proficiency in networking concepts, including bridging and VLANs.
