Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise IT Infrastructure Architect to join our client's dynamic banking environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a critical onsite role requiring deep hands-on expertise across the full stack of enterprise IT infrastructure — including network, compute, storage, virtualization, security, tools, processes, and governance . The ideal candidate will be self-driven, accountable, and capable of immediately integrating into client operations to start delivering from day one.

Roles and Responsibilities:


• Architect, design, and manage end-to-end enterprise IT infrastructure including network, servers, storage, cloud/on-premises, virtualization, and security layers


• Provide comprehensive knowledge of infrastructure tools, technologies, processes, and policies


• Lead integration and implementation of complex infrastructure solutions in a live banking environment


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, applications, data, compliance) to ensure alignment with business goals


• Establish and enforce IT governance, best practices, and regulatory compliance such as SAMA, ISO 27001, and NCA


• Evaluate, optimize, and enhance infrastructure performance, resilience, and scalability


• Deliver technical documentation including HLD/LLD, SOPs, asset inventories, and risk assessments


• Provide mentorship and leadership to internal technical teams and guide architectural decisions


• Participate in IT audits, risk assessments, and infrastructure reviews


• Stay updated with evolving infrastructure technologies, emerging threats, and compliance standards

Requirements:

Technical & Professional Skills:


• 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience as an Enterprise IT Infrastructure Architect in banking or large enterprise environments


• Strong expertise in infrastructure technologies: networking, servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), storage, backup, cloud (Azure/AWS), and security


• Deep understanding of infrastructure processes and standards (ITIL, COBIT , etc.)


• Proven ability to lead full lifecycle infrastructure projects from design through delivery


• Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure tools such as monitoring, CMDB, ticketing, backup, and patch management


• Experience working in regulated industries (banking, finance) with exposure to SAMA, NCA, ISO 27001 compliance


• Professional certifications preferred (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, VMware, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS )
