Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers to schedule appointments and understand their requirements.

  • Develop rapport and get to know the client's goals and vision for the future.
  • Educate on Property Investment and make your clients aware of different strategies available for them to pursue.
  • Represent the brand with integrity at all times, aiming to bring consistent value to all clients you come into contact with.
  • Seeking referrals and networking to grow your own suite of clients.
  • Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
  • Ability to understand requirements of prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions to prospects.
  • High levels of passion and ownership.
  • Absorbent attitude for doing meetings each day, for meeting new people.
