Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our trading efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in energy trading, with expertise across the value chain.
- MBA from a Tier-I business school is required.
- 5-12 years of work experience in the energy trading industry is essential.
- The selected candidate will have good experience of market intelligence, settlements, front office and back office, reconciliation, and other aspects of the industry.
- Business development experience with the ability to draft request for proposal responses, pitch proposals, and solution architecture is necessary.
- Relevant industry experience with a strong blend of consulting and functional skills is preferred.
- The successful candidate will manage end-to-end delivery of projects for trading clients in areas such as strategic decision-making, project management, digital transformation, cost optimization, and more.
- They will accelerate client transformation journeys towards connected, optimized, lean, and agile organizations.
- Strong understanding of energy trading concepts and practices.
- Excellent business development and negotiation skills.
- Ability to draft compelling proposals and pitches.
- Experience with project management and digital transformation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
