Senior Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze large datasets to identify key insights and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain detailed dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable insights.
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a business analytics role, with proven expertise in SQL, Excel, and dashboarding tools.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in data querying using SQL, advanced Excel skills, and experience creating dashboards and visualizations.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze and interpret data to uncover insights that inform strategic business decisions.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and present solutions in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into digestible insights for non-technical stakeholders.
