  • Creative Direction & Design Leadership
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive design standards, ensuring consistency and excellence across all projects.
    • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and client needs.
  • Design Research & Trend Analysis
    • Conduct in-depth research on emerging trends, materials, and technologies to inform future-forward designs.
    • Stay ahead of the curve by attending industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
    • Foster open communication and knowledge sharing among team members to drive innovation and best practices.
    • Develop and maintain centralized resources, including design libraries, lookbooks, and material specifications.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Project Management
    • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
