Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Creative Visionary to lead our design studio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client:
    • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, while identifying new business opportunities
    • Develop and execute strategies for client growth and expansion into new sectors
    • Oversight of all creative output in the studio, ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations
    • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and support design leads to achieve successful project delivery
  • Craft:
    • Share expertise on craft with internal teams and external audiences
    • Develop and implement initiatives to shape the next generation of designers
    • Establish and maintain quality benchmarks across the business
    • Ensure successful project delivery by fostering a culture of excellence within the team
  • Culture:
    • Lead and manage the creative team, promoting an environment that fosters year-over-year growth
    • Build and nurture a high-performing design team through strategic hiring, training, and development
Requirements
  • 15+ years' experience in the design industry, preferably in an agency or product design business
  • Proven track record of winning new business and extensive network across sectors and industries
  • Strong liaison skills with senior internal stakeholders
