The role of a seasoned Client Engagement Manager is pivotal in ensuring successful relationships between clients and the organization. This individual will play a crucial part in delivering projects on time and within scope.
Key responsibilities include providing strategic consulting to clients, delivering insights and solutions that drive business growth. Additionally, this professional will support Business Relationship Managers in developing strategies to meet client business objectives.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic consulting plans for clients, focusing on market analysis and competitor insights.
- Collaborate with client teams to address business questions and develop data-driven strategies using Neolytica's Ti Expert platform.
- Liaise with internal support teams, such as IT, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare client deliverables in the form of presentations and reports, presenting them to client teams.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 4-10 years of related experience in consulting or client services.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software, project management software, word processing software, email software, and presentation software.
