We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Process Engineering Lead to join our team for a challenging Chlor-Alkali facility expansion project. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise and contribute to the delivery of complex engineering projects.
About the RoleThe Senior Process Engineering Lead will be responsible for leading the process engineering discipline, overseeing the design and implementation of chlor-alkali facilities, and ensuring that all technical aspects meet international standards and client requirements.
Responsibilities- Lead the process engineering team in designing and implementing chlor-alkali facilities, including equipment selection, sizing, and specification.
- Develop and implement process flow diagrams (PFDs), utility flow diagrams (UFDs), and other relevant documentation.
- Conduct detailed design reviews, ensure compliance with industry codes and standards, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other discipline leaders to ensure seamless integration and alignment with overall project objectives.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet contractual requirements and are of high quality.
- 15+ years of experience in process engineering, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Extensive knowledge of chemical engineering principles, heat transfer, vapor-liquid equilibria, mass transfer, and thermodynamics.
- Excellent understanding of industry codes and standards, such as API, ASME, and ISO.
- Demonstrated experience with process simulation, automation, and optimization studies.
