Job Title: Financial Relationship Developer

About the Role:
The Financial Relationship Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to sell financial products, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet sales targets through effective relationship-building and product knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and referrals.
  • Adhere to agreed-upon timelines for customer contact and follow-ups.
  • Approach at least 5 new customers per day in the bank branch.
  • Increase customer awareness about life insurance solutions and achieve targeted penetration within the branch's customer base.
