Financial Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Financial Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Job Description:- Customer Engagement: Engage daily with assigned customers to build asset, wealth, and cross-sell relationships, meeting business targets as per performance scorecard.
- Assessment and Penetration: Assess customer propensity and ensure higher product penetration per relationship.
- New Business Opportunities: Refer new business opportunities from existing customers.
- Query Resolution: Manage customer-focused approach for quick resolution of queries and complaints.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to banking regulations, policies, and guidelines, including anti-money laundering, know your customer, data, and information security.
- Audit and Compliance: Perform audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline or Post Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Banking or allied Business.
