Job Title: Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage relationships with high net worth clients to drive overall growth in liabilities and investment business.
  • Identify current and potential clients with additional revenue opportunities and expand the portfolio accordingly.
  • Achieve sales targets across various banking products, including retail assets, business banking, FOREX, cards, and investments.
Customer Engagement:
  • Ensure portfolio quality by engaging with each mapped relationship regularly and provide superior service to key customers.
  • Act as the first point of contact and be responsible for both service and sales satisfaction of clients.
Investment Advisory:
  • Provide financial planning and investment advisory services to HNI clients and generate fee-based income through the sale of mutual funds, investments, and insurance products.
Process and Audit:
  • Ensure all sales activities and client interactions are recorded as per organizational processes and adhere strictly to internal processes, compliance, and audit standards.
