Job Title: Identity and Access Management Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of identity management systems, focusing on Radiant Logic, Oracle Unified directory, Active Directory, and LDAP technologies.

  • This role requires hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting identity environments, with a focus on complex integration projects using Radiant Logic and Oracle Unified directory.
  • Review and correlate security logs to ensure seamless operations.
  • Implement and manage identity management solutions using Radiant Logic's platform, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Integrate and synchronize data from AD and LDAP directories into Radiant Logic's virtual directory, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to identity synchronization, data flow, and directory services, resolving problems efficiently.
  • Configure and optimize the Radiant Logic platform to meet customer-specific requirements, enhancing overall system performance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business units, to deliver identity solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Evaluate and mitigate security vulnerabilities, performing risk assessments and evaluating remediation alternatives to ensure a secure environment.
  • Develop and maintain F5 UI in AppViewX or other Load balancer management experiences for individual applications, ensuring access control.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in information security or working with security products/platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with identity synchronization, virtual directory services, and federation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Servers, IIS, Critical services, and SQL experience (basic administration and SQL queries).
  • Knowledge and work experience with Change Management process and tools.
  • Supporting and troubleshooting production and Ops Infra support, with Incident and Change Management Experience as a must.
  • Handling Major Incidents and informing stakeholders about periodic updates with full ownership until closure.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Any security certification is a plus.
  • Fluent in scripting or querying languages utilizing SQL/PowerShell.
  • Strong understanding of LDAP protocols, schema, and directory services, Radiant logic, and Oracle Unified directory.
  • Familiarity with identity federation and single sign-on (SSO) solutions.
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools, such as PowerShell and Python.
  • Platform familiarity with Windows Servers and Linux/Unix.
  • Experience in IAM tools, processes, Privileged accounts, and Monitoring.
