Identity and Access Management (IAM) Professional

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join our team. As a seasoned IAM expert, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing our organization's identity management program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and support our identity management platform, ensuring seamless access and security for all users.
  • Implement and manage identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
  • Integrate new applications into our identity management system using industry-standard protocols.
  • Monitor and manage workflows, policies, and logs to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and user provisioning issues across various integrated systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field - or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience administering Okta Identity Cloud.
  • Proficiency with SAML, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, and Active Directory protocols.
  • Experience with Okta Workflows, API integrations, and automation.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards.
