Identity and Access Management Engineer

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using industry-standard technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support IAM modules including access control, authentication, and authorization.
  • Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions to streamline user access.
  • Implement multi-factor authentication mechanisms to ensure robust security.
  • Resolve issues and close tickets independently with minimal supervision.
  • Perform day-to-day operations support activities to maintain system uptime.
  • Design and implement workflows, provisioning processes, and policies to optimize user experience.
  • Troubleshoot server-level to user-level queries to resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with IAM/IAM/LDAP operations support.
  • Understanding of SSO, SAML, OAuth, and other industry-standard protocols.
  • Good experience in migration of applications to IAM solutions.
  • Ability to lead and participate in outage calls to ensure business continuity.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in Architecture & Design aspects of IAM.
  • Migration and Implementation experience in IAM solutions.
  • Knowledge in external authentication interfaces, distributed session caches, and web services.
