About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Identity Management professional to join our organization.
As a Senior Associate - Identity Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Identity Management solutions with strong hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of new projects.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in Identity Management solutions, with a solid understanding of Java, OOP concepts, and implementation across key SailPoint modules. They will also possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Mandatory Skills:
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Strong Java programming skills and solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in designing and implementing Identity Management solutions
Nice to Have Skills:
- SailPoint certifications (IdentityIQ Engineer / IdentityIQ Architect)
- Experience in integrating SailPoint with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
- Java certification and exposure to Agile methodologies
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members
