Job Opportunity:

At the heart of our lending services division, we seek a diligent and detail-oriented professional to ensure seamless loan servicing.

We are looking for an individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines to meet our service level agreements (SLAs).

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and internal stakeholders. Additionally, they should possess strong analytical skills to interpret complex loan structures and translate key terms into our systems.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Reviewing commercial loan documentation and extracting relevant information for data entry into our system.
  • Entering accurate and timely loan details, including borrower entities, guarantor entities, rate, repayment, accrual, collateral, etc.
  • Interpreting complex loan structures, bank credit approval documents, and credit write-ups to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Collaborating with the agent bank to resolve portfolio issues and balance accounts.
  • Performing daily research and maintenance requests from lending officers and clients, analyzing and inputting data as required.
  • Reviewing and balancing daily reconciliation reports for general ledger activity tied to loan servicing.
