Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Technical Lead to drive technology initiatives. Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will work closely with the product team to design and deliver scalable, high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering team to achieve technical excellence. Foster a collaborative and innovative engineering culture.
  • System Architecture and Technical Vision: Define and implement the technical roadmap to support rapid scaling and stability. Oversee system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Collaboration with Product Team: Partner with the product team to align technical solutions with business goals. Translate product requirements into clear engineering deliverables and timelines.
  • Execution and Innovation: Drive end-to-end development of core platform features and improvements. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 8 to 10 years of software development experience in Java or similar programming languages.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and at least one modern framework is a plus.
  • Minimum of 4 years leading multiple teams and as an individual contributor.
  • Strong knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web and backend services.
  • Ability to design and develop reusable, scalable components and services.
