As a Senior Backend Software Developer, you will apply Computer Science principles to design, build, maintain, scalable and sustainable technology Products and Solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and test new systems from the ground up with minimal support.
  • Collaborate with local teams and partner teams.
  • Conform to quality standards.
  • Identify performance issues and optimize solutions.
  • Apply knowledge of security coding practices and secure system fundamentals.
  • Lead end-to-end engineering for projects and problems of complex scope and impact within practice.
  • Ensure engineering teams meet production SLAs of applications/systems.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years professional experience in software development including:
  • Java/Spring Boot

  • Postgres SQL
  • CD/CI

  • Jenkins

  • Agile methodology
  • Test frameworks

Candidates with expertise in microservices architecture patterns, synchronous/asynchronous processing, error handling patterns with Spring Boot, and experience building web services and integrations with message-driven architecture will be prioritized.
