Operations Manager Placing and Billing

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional client outcomes by leveraging their expertise in organizational effectiveness and operations management.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing excellent levels of client service across varied processes and stakeholders. They will possess broad operations expertise encompassing coordinating with diverse logistical functions such as Operations, IT, Compliance, and Enterprise Risk Management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the creation of the short and long-term business unit strategy, executing agreed strategies, and developing effective succession planning for oneself and all critical roles within the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to the creation of the short and long-term Business Unit (BU) strategy in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and execute agreed strategies
  • Ensure operational activities are delivered per the agreed service level agreement
  • Manage workflow, handle escalations, proactively engage resources to address issues and effectively delegate workload across the leadership team
  • Develops effective succession planning for oneself and all critical roles within the team

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other teams to improve client satisfaction and ensure that the team adheres to compliance/statutory requirements and operates within the guidelines of internal & external regulators.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record of providing excellent levels of client service across varied processes & stakeholders
  • Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management, including the implementation of best practices
  • Preferably experienced in conducting transitions/knowledge transfer activities
  • Broad operations expertise which encompasses coordinating with diverse logistical functions such as Operations, IT, Compliance, and Enterprise Risk Management
  • Technology proficient with prior experience in RPA/NON-RPA automation, Process/Solution design & business development/transformation preferred
