  • Fault Tolerance and Resilience: Design fault-tolerant architectures and systems for minimal downtime, implement disaster recovery plans for business continuity.">
  • Monitoring and Incident Response: Develop monitoring solutions to detect anomalies and system failures, respond to incidents promptly to minimize impact on trading operations.">
  • Deployment and Release Management: Manage deployment pipelines for smooth trading system deployments.">
  • Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices and compliance measures, ensure regulatory compliance with relevant bodies.">
  • Automation and Tooling: Develop automation scripts to streamline operational tasks.">
  • Capacity Planning: Monitor trading volumes and system usage for capacity planning.">
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain system documentation and best practices, share knowledge with other teams to improve system reliability.">

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is required. 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in finance, are also necessary.

Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or Go, as well as experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, are required.

Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills are also essential.
