As an Academic Engagement Coordinator, you will be the key liaison between our organization and prospective learners.

This is a pivotal role that requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our programs and offerings, and the ability to build meaningful connections with potential students.

">About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Academic Engagement Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential leads, qualifying them, and cultivating genuine interest in our programs and offerings.

You will serve as the vital link between our organization and potential learners, establishing meaningful connections and facilitating the enrollment process.

Your primary objective will be to understand the needs and requirements of potential students and effectively arrange Video Counselling (VC) sessions with our Admission Counsellors.

Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Engage with assigned leads: Promptly initiate contact through the auto dialer system.
  • Qualify leads: Assess their interest, needs, and eligibility for our programs.
  • Build rapport: Establish trust with leads through effective communication and active listening.
  • Schedule Video Counselling sessions: Coordinate schedules and ensure smooth communication between leads and Admission Counsellors.
  • Maintain accurate records: Document lead interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Minimum of 2 years of Edtech-sales experience, preferably in Study Abroad.
  • Graduate degree required.
  • Previous experience working a 6-day work week.
  • Currently working in an individual contributor capacity.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets in the existing company.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills: Fluency in English language required.
  • Effective listening skills: Build trust with potential learners and approach situations with patience and empathy.
  • Persuasion skills: Influence learners towards attending VC sessions and ultimately inform their enrollment decisions.
  • Basic proficiency: MS Office Suite & CRM management for administrative tasks and reporting requirements.
