Employee Engagement Specialist

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate corporate events, including conferences, workshops, product launches, and corporate retreats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event objectives with business goals.
  • Conduct venue research, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with vendors for catering, entertainment, AV equipment, and other event needs.
  • Manage event invitations, guest lists, and RSVPs, ensuring accurate data tracking and reporting.
  • Assist with on-site event coordination, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting during the event.
  • Support post-event follow-up tasks, such as gathering feedback, analyzing event success, and producing post-event reports.
  • Maintain and organize event planning materials, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develop creative event concepts and themes to enhance attendee experience.
  • Analyze event metrics, including attendance, engagement, and cost efficiency, to drive improvements in future events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in event planning and employee engagement, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating engaging experiences for employees.
