Role: Business Development Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team at IDFC FIRST Bank. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for capturing systems requirements from various stakeholders, synthesizing them with scope and priority, expected behavior, and test cases. You will work with the architecture team and be involved in various brainstorming sessions to discuss business scope, provide design feedback in terms of employee experience layer, performance, and security measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture systems requirements from various stakeholders, synthesize them with scope and priority, expected behavior, and test cases.
  • Work with the architecture team and be involved in various brainstorming sessions to discuss business scope, provide design feedback in terms of employee experience layer, performance, and security measures.
  • Help teams with Agile project management and work with project management leads and tech for delivery.
  • Create user stories with acceptance criteria, responsible for creating various user flow diagrams, data flow diagrams.
  • Ensure process adherence, testing, and timely release of features.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate deep understanding of cash management services, payment systems, corporate internet banking, and API banking.
  • Understanding of Cash & Cheques Collections business.
  • Ensure documentation quality and speed are maintained at high standards, with detailed and exhaustive outputs.
  • Manage changes with minimal scope creep post sign-off, aiming for a low number of bugs that necessitate additional change requests (CRs).
  • Maintain a low number of user acceptance testing (UAT) bugs, reflecting a commitment to delivering flawless solutions.

Key Success Metrics:

  • Delivery KPIs (Time, Budget, Quality, Documentation)
  • UAT sign-offs

Qualifications:

Graduation: Bachelor's in Engineering / Technology / Mathematics / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management.

Experience: 5 to 10 Years.
