Key Responsibilities
  • Develop problem statements and initial hypotheses, designing optimal research approaches with a mix of research techniques.
  • Structure and present data and results using relevant frameworks.
  • Identify key messages/highlights addressing key objectives as a summary of results.
  • Present research findings to clients and handle client queries.
  • Engage in team discussions on project-specific areas.
  • Conduct market assessment and trend analysis across sub-segments, therapy areas to evaluate attractiveness of markets, players, pipeline assets, and product portfolios.
  • Perform competitor benchmarking and tracking including media monitoring, product profiling, medical/scientific and marketing aspects, SWOT analysis, clinical pipeline analysis, etc.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in MedTech, diagnostics strategy-related projects.
  • Consulting and strategy-oriented project experience.
  • Experience in working across lifesciences value chain projects, specifically market assessment projects covering market attractiveness, strategic imperatives, competitor strategies, insights gathering through secondary/primary research, analysis, and reporting.
  • Mindset to identify and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to practice attentive and active listening.
  • Ability to respect time and complete tasks within areas of responsibility in a timely manner.
  • Capacity to contribute proactively to the firm's goals & mission.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic MS Excel.
  • Qualifications: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, B.Tech (Biotech), B.E(Biotech), M.Tech (Biotech), MBA.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
