
Top IT Consultant Sales Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales specialist to market IT consultants to implementation partners and direct clients, developing strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients, identifying and submitting suitable consultants to relevant job requirements, negotiating rates and closing deals efficiently, and maintaining continuous follow-up with consultants to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Market top-tier IT consultants (H1B, GC, USC, etc.) to implementation partners and direct clients.
- Develop robust relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Identify and submit qualified consultants to relevant job openings via professional networks and platforms.
- Negotiate optimal rates and close deals effectively.
- Maintain consistent communication with consultants to guarantee engagement and satisfaction.
- Proven expertise in US IT sales strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A thorough understanding of US tax regulations (W2, 1099, C2C).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
