Workplace Technology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled specialist to join our workplace technology team, focusing on the implementation and configuration of enterprise software applications. The successful candidate will drive solution development, customization, and deployment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of applications across staging, test, and production environments
  • Execute full software development lifecycle activities: requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Conduct comprehensive unit testing and quality assurance throughout development phases
  • Identify technical gaps and collaborate with Solution Consultants and Project Managers to optimize designs and project deliverables
  • Provide Level 3 technical support for implementations
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis for complex technical issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience
  • 4-6 years of hands-on development experience with enterprise software applications
  • Direct experience with implementation and configuration
  • Proficiency in development tools (e.g., Smart Client, Web Central, Workflow Designer)
  • Strong SQL development skills with experience in Oracle and SQL Server environments
  • Web development expertise in React JS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML
  • Programming exposure to Java/Spring
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and database design
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management capabilities
