Job Title: Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist to lead our quality assurance process for software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership skills, and extensive experience in functional and automation testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement test plans and automation strategies to ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to understand product architecture and functionality.
  • Maintain high standards of quality processes throughout each release cycle.
  • Owning release deliverables and mentoring junior team members.
  • Create and manage QA artifacts such as test cases, reports, and defect tracking.
  • Conduct exploratory testing to uncover defects not covered by test cases.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in functional and automated testing of SAAS products.
  • Leading team of 3-5 engineers.
  • Experience on public or private Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Certification in cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in test automation of multi-tier Enterprise and/or Cloud, SaaS applications.
  • Experience with microservices architecture using Kubernetes and Docker containers.
  • Hands-on experience in functional UI and API automation.
  • Linux knowledge is mandatory.
  • Good to have experience on Kafka, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, Oracle DB.
