Job Title: Technical Implementation Specialist

Description:

We seek an experienced professional to execute end-to-end implementation of our platform based on solution design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end implementation of the platform based on solution design.
  • Design and implement integrations between our platform and customer's existing software ecosystem.
  • Execute data migration plans including cleansing, mapping, and validation of customer data and digital assets.
  • Configure our platform according to customer requirements and implement necessary customizations.
  • Execute implementation plans and ensure customers go live within promised timeframes.
  • Serve as technical point of contact for all implementation-related integrations and technical queries.
  • Create technical documentation, integration guides, and implementation runbooks.
  • Conduct thorough testing of implementations and integrations before go-live.
  • Provide post-implementation technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Communicate technical progress and status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Work with Product Development team for technical feedback and post-implementation reviews.
  • Identify technical implementation processes that can be automated and work on automation solutions.
  • Provide technical consultation for upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Technology.
  • Minimum 10+ years of mandatory experience in technical implementation of world-class SaaS products.
  • Experience with CRM implementations and system integrations preferred.
