We are seeking a skilled Systems Integration Consulting Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of enterprise software applications in various environments
  • Develop and customize software modules, workflows, and integrations with multiple workplace management systems
  • Design and implement custom user interface components, reports, and automation scripts within the framework
  • Execute full software development lifecycle activities: requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Conduct comprehensive unit testing and quality assurance throughout development phases
  • Identify technical gaps and collaborate with Solution Consultants and Project Managers to optimize designs and project deliverables
Client Engagement & Support:
  • Analyze client requirements and architect comprehensive solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing technology stacks
  • Provide Level 3 technical support for software implementations
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis for complex technical issues
  • Partner with stakeholders to refine solution designs and implementation strategies
Data Management & Reporting:
  • Design and execute data migration strategies between software applications and third-party systems, including CMMS, HR, and financial applications
  • Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database optimization solutions
  • Create advanced reports using business intelligence tools, such as Power BI
  • Implement ETL processes for data integration across multiple workplace management systems
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience
  • 4-6 years of hands-on development experience with enterprise software applications
  • Direct experience with software implementation and configuration
  • Familiarity with workplace management platforms
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in software development tools (Smart Client, Web Central)
  • Strong SQL development skills with experience in both Oracle and SQL Server environments
  • Web development expertise in React JS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML
  • Strong programming exposure to Java/Spring experience
  • Good to have MVC framework
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns
  • Strong experience with modern development tools, including Git version control and cloud deployment processes
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and database design
Professional Skills:
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong project management capabilities with experience adhering to schedules and constraints
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Software certification (Application Development or System Administration)
  • Additional IWMS platform experience
  • Advanced BI tool certifications
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
  • Knowledge of application security best practices
  • Background in facilities management or corporate real estate technology
  • Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies
