
Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front office, including coordinating with vendors, maintaining registers and reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front office services, including vendor coordination and register maintenance
- Coordinate travel and stay arrangements with the centralized travel desk
- Ensure timely payment processing for vendors
- Maintain accurate records of AMC's and contract copies
- Provide HR support at the branch level, including partner coding and new joiner/employee exit formalities
- Coordinate with the building landlord for administrative activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with basic English and local language
- Experience in an administrative role preferred but not required
