About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bancassurance training department, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs to ensure that our sales teams have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans that align with the company's overall business strategy and goals.

  • Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and programs to equip sales teams with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet their performance targets.

  • Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify areas where additional support is required and develop targeted training solutions to address these gaps.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales leadership, product development, and marketing, to ensure that training programs are aligned with business objectives and meet regulatory requirements.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement based on data-driven insights and feedback from participants.

  • Maintain accurate records of training participation, completion rates, and evaluation results to inform future training initiatives and measure program ROI.

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization by identifying opportunities for upskilling and reskilling and providing coaching and mentoring support to sales teams.

Measures of Success:

The success of this role will be measured against the following key performance indicators (KPIs):

  • Average training participation rates of 90% or higher across all sales teams.

  • At least 80% of trainees demonstrating improved performance in critical skill areas, such as sales techniques and product knowledge, post-training evaluations.

  • Reduction in sales-related complaints and disputes by at least 20% within six months of implementing new training programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, instructional design, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum three years of experience in training and development, preferably in the insurance industry.

  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs that drive business results and improve employee performance.

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and evaluation techniques.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement, using metrics and benchmarks to inform training decisions.

Salary:$80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
